If you click to another window or application, you will see that the app you selected on your desktop will not fade behind your new window unless you minimize it. That’s it – no indication or anything appears on the window, no sounds to announce that something is stuck.
With Always on Top active, select the window you want to ‘pin’ to the top layer of your PC’s screen, then press’ Ctrl + ’to keep it on top. The ReadMe file contains instructions for how to point to a specific application to always appear at the top.
This active icon means that the program is officially running on your computer and you can use the app however you want.
